What is Fuska Shop?
Fuska Shop is a pickup-only ordering app for independent South Asian street-food kitchens in New York. You order and pay ahead, follow your order live, then walk in and pick it up. No delivery, no waiting in line.
What is fuchka (fuska or pani puri)?
Fuchka is a crisp, hollow semolina shell filled with spiced potato and chickpeas, then dipped in tangy tamarind water and eaten in one bite. It's called fuchka in Kolkata, fuska in Bangladesh, and pani puri or golgappa in much of India.
How does pickup ordering work?
Pick a kitchen, add dishes (you can choose a spice level and add notes for the kitchen), and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The app shows your order as it's accepted, prepared, and ready. When it's ready, head over and show your order code at the counter.
Does Fuska Shop deliver?
No. Fuska Shop is pickup only, so food goes straight from the kitchen to you while it's hot and fresh. Each restaurant card shows how far away it is and how soon it's usually ready.
Where is Fuska Shop available?
Right now Fuska Shop kitchens are in New York. More neighborhoods are on the way. Restaurants can apply to join at fuska.shop/join.

How much does it cost to use Fuska Shop?
Menu prices are set by each restaurant. Some kitchens add a small convenience fee, and you always see the full total before you pay.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, while your order is still waiting for the restaurant to accept it, you can cancel it in the app for a full refund (it usually shows up in 5–10 business days). After that, contact us at support@fuska.shop and we'll sort it out with the restaurant.
