About Fuska Shop
Fuska Shop is an ordering app for independent South Asian street-food kitchens. You order and pay ahead on the website or in the app, follow your order as the kitchen makes it, then walk in and pick it up fresh. It's named after fuska, the crisp, tangy street snack also called fuchka, phuchka or pani puri.
Why pickup only
Street food is best minutes after it's made. Fuchka shells go soft and chaat loses its crunch on a long delivery ride, so we don't do delivery. Instead, you skip the line: your order is ready when you arrive, you show your order code at the counter, and you're on your way. Every restaurant card shows how far away the kitchen is and how soon it's usually ready, so you can pick what works for you.
The kitchens
Every restaurant on Fuska Shop is an independent business. Kitchens apply to join, and our team reviews each application, including the business's legal details, before it goes live. Partners agree to our Restaurant Partner Terms, set their own menus, prices and hours, and prepare every order themselves. We're starting in New York and adding neighborhoods as more kitchens join.

What we promise customers
- Menu prices are set by each restaurant, and Fuska Shop doesn't add a markup to them. Some kitchens add a small convenience fee, and you always see the full total before you pay.
- You can cancel for a full refund while your order is waiting for the kitchen to accept it.
- If something goes wrong, email us and we'll answer within one business day and work with the restaurant to make it right. See Support.
- We only text you about your order if you ask us to. See order text messages and our Privacy Policy.
