Something wrong with your order?

Email us your order number and what happened. We'll work with the restaurant to make it right, which may include a full or partial refund.

Cancelling an order

• While your order is still Pending, you can cancel it yourself from the order page in the app or on fuska.shop. You'll get a full refund.
• Once the restaurant has accepted your order, they've started making it. Email us and we'll see what we can do.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method (card or Apple Pay) and usually show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Picking up your order

Fuska Shop is pickup only. We'll let you know when your order is ready. Head to the restaurant, show your order number at the counter, and enjoy. You can follow your order's progress on its tracking page or under Profile → Orders.

Order text messages

If you chose to get texts about your order, reply STOP to any Fuska Shop text to opt out, or HELP for help. Details are on our text message program page.

Signing in

• Forgot your password? Tap “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a reset link.
• Created your account with Google or Apple? Use that same button to sign in, or use “Forgot password?” to add a password to your account.

Deleting your account

• In the app: Profile → Account → Delete account.
• On the website: Profile → Delete account.
• Or email sales@fuska.shop from the email address on your account and we'll delete it for you.

Deleting your account removes your profile, favorites and saved details, and disconnects Sign in with Apple if you used it. Records of past orders are kept only as needed for tax and legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.
