Refund & cancellation policy
Last updated: October 23, 2026
Every Fuska Shop order is made fresh by the restaurant, so here's how cancellations and refunds work.
Before the restaurant accepts your order
You can cancel it yourself for a full refund while it's still waiting for the restaurant to accept it. Open the order in the app or on fuska.shop and tap Cancel order.
If the restaurant declines or can't make your order
If the restaurant declines your order, you'll get a full refund automatically, and we'll let you know by notification and email. If the restaurant accepts your order but then can't make it, we'll cancel it and give you a full refund too.
After the restaurant accepts your order
Once the restaurant has accepted your order, they start making it, so it can't be cancelled and isn't refundable — including orders that aren't picked up. The exceptions are problems with the order itself:
- You received the wrong order, or items were missing.
- There was a problem with the food, such as it being spoiled, undercooked or not what was described.
If that happens, contact us as soon as you can — ideally the same day — at support@fuska.shop or through our contact form, with your order code (like …40283) and a photo if you can. We'll look into it with the restaurant and, where the problem is confirmed, give you a full or partial refund.
How refunds work
- Refunds go back to your original payment method (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay) through Stripe.
- They usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- If you used a promo code, the refund is for the amount you actually paid.
